By the end of the DENT 572 paper students are expected to demonstrate the ability to:
- Understand Māori and Pacific contexts to research
- Critically analyse the literature relevant to a dental research problem and research topic
- Demonstrate understanding of the research process as it relates to planning, methodology, and conducting research within ethical guidelines
- Engage in interprofessional scholarly research discussion
- Communicate and discuss research findings in an academic manner through written and oral presentations.
