- Describe practical implications of a Te Tiriti partnership for ngā reo-a-iwi me ngā tikanga in the primary curriculum.
- Critically examine theories of second language teaching approaches and strategies for the effective teaching and learning of te reo Māori and the integration of Māori pedagogies in practice.
- Examine and critically evaluate the implementation of ngā āhuatanga Māori and assessment for learning in the primary curriculum.
- Demonstrate contextually relevant use of te reo me ngā tikanga Māori and continued competence in te reo Māori me ngā tikanga.
