Students on completion of this paper will:
- Have an understanding of key theoretical discourses in the field of Indigenous Studies and its beginnings as a field study;
- Have an understanding of diverse indigeneities in the Pacific region (including Aotearoa-New Zealand and Australia) and selected case studies from the global north;
- Be able to apply key concepts from the discipline of Indigenous Studies to the exploration of Indigenous worlds.
