Overview
Uses practice research to critically examine professional frameworks of organisational and community change and development practice.
Students in this paper will form groups and follow the community development process to interview community partners. They will then develop a resource for the community partner. On completion of this paper students will have developed knowledge and applied skills in processes and methods of community and organisational work, professional frameworks and the roles of the social change worker.

Overview
Uses practice research to critically examine professional frameworks of organisational and community change and development practice.
Students in this paper will form groups to interview a community development organisation and deliver a reciprocal task (resource or actions) for the organisation. On completion of this paper students will have developed knowledge and applied skills in theory and processes, methods of community and organisational work, macro social justice change, professional frameworks and the roles of the social change worker.
