Two Edgar Diabetes and Obesity Research Centre members have delivered their inaugural professorial lectures (IPL) a week apart. This follows on closely from the IPL for EDOR Director Professor Rachael Taylor, held earlier this year.
Professor Michael Schultz, a gastroenterologist and Head of Medicine at the Dunedin School of Medicine, gave his IPL on Wednesday 5 June in Dunedin: Excuse me, can you show me where the bathroom is?
Professor Jeremy Krebs, an Endocrinologist and Clinical Leader of Endocrinology and Diabetes at Capital and Coast District Health Board, delivered his IPL on Wednesday 12 June in Wellington: From haggis to hāngi: Are we what we eat?
