Research

My research focuses on three main themes:


  • Liver disease including the metabolic and nutritional consequences of cirrhosis, their impact on prognosis and outcome after liver transplantation, and clinical trials aimed at improving outcome after transplantation and major abdominal surgery.
  • Primary and metastatic colorectal cancer.
  • Evidence based practice research
