Caroline Freeman College Conference Guest Accommodation
Caroline Freeman College can offer conference guest accommodation for up to 200 during the mid November to early February period.
Just a short stroll north of the University of Otago central campus you will find a unique residential college with outstanding facilities and an amazing ambiance.
Established in 2000, Caroline Freeman College is a modern complex with extensive common spaces, wireless Internet access, attractive courtyards and gardens, outdoor sports area, fantastic library, excellent dining room and catering service.
Our large apartments each house four to six people in individual, fully-furnished bedrooms. Every apartment has a kitchenette, spacious lounge and individual-use bathrooms.
The college enjoys a great location only a five-minute walk to the central campus and conveniently located near the Dunedin Botanical Gardens and Gardens New World shopping centre.

Catering can be provided for any function or conference use from tea and coffee service all the way up to full meal service. Please contact the College for further information about catering options.
Parking and public transport
Taxi and shuttle services are available outside the CFC West and buses from across the road outside CFC West. During the summer a limited amount of on-site parking is available with additional parking available on the main streets around the College.
Local attractions and facilities
George Street provides a wonderful array of restaurants and cafes, all only a 10 minute walk from the College. The local Meridian Shopping Centre offers a variety of shops and convenience stores, with the ANZ and Westpac banks located nearby. ATMs are available on campus at the Student Union and amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy are a short walk away.
