Overview
Heat therapy has recently emerged in research as an effective tool for improving cardiovascular health, despite being practiced by Māori and other indigenous communities, in various forms, for centuries. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of heat therapy and exercise on resting blood pressure and other aspects of hauora.
