Unscheduled Outage – Invercargill campus network failure (Resolved)
Time Frame: 5th November, 7:00am - 7th November 2022, 6:00pm
Service Affected: Network – Internet, telephone service, Proctor office CCTV access
Audience: There is currently an network outage across the Invercargill campus.
This includes:
1. Wired and Wireless network connection include Internet connection
2. Telephone service (Cisco VOIP Phone service - Dependency with wired network service)
3. Proctor office CCTV access from Dunedin to Invercargill (Checked with Proctor office)
4. Building Access Cardax System - Still running as the last setup. But cannot access it from Dunedin.
This is affecting both Students and Staff. There is no current ETA on a resolution.
