Resolved: UO_Guest Network Instability

Audience: All users attempting to access and use the UO_Guest network.
Description: When attempting to connect to the UO_Guest Wi-Fi network, users are never prompted with the intended login page which results in their connection showing as "Connected, No Internet".
Service has been partially restored as of Friday, 5th April 2024, 2:30pm. However, some users may still experience freezing during loading after entering their guest username and password.
Workaround: If experiencing freezing during the login process, forgetting the network and reconnecting should restore access.
