The Asian Studies programme is designed for students who wish to combine training in an Asian language with courses devoted to developing an understanding of the history, culture, politics and economics of the countries of the Asian region.
Asian Studies is available as a major or minor for:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Arts and Science (BASc)
- Bachelor of Arts and Commerce (BACom)
Asian Studies is also available as an endorsement for:
- Diploma for Graduates (DipGrad)

The core Asian Studies papers are ALL required for a BA, BASc or BACom with a major or a minor in Asian Studies, as well as for a DipGrad endorsed in Asian Studies.
