2. Early career researcher online workshops

Our new ECR representative, Dr Carrie Falling, along with Mr Elijah Areli, is leading a series of one-hour workshops to support ECR researchers.
Our goal with this initiative is to support the aspirations of all early career researchers, including our recent graduates, clinicians with interest in research, and the postgraduate and early career research staff in fellowship and lectureship roles.

The first of our workshops will be held 12pm 5th December.

Workshop: Planning a pathway to independence in pain research

This is an important section of most career development grants and professional interviews. This interactive workshop will get people thinking about lines of sight for their research and career development. During the workshop, we will review the pathways available for people interested in developing or furthering a research career. This includes PhD pathways, clinician fellowships, and visiting roles.
