Dr Diane Ruwhiu attended the World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education, Toronto, 24th – 29th July. Poutama Ara Rau (Otago Research Theme on Indigenous Learning and Education - http://www.otago.ac.nz/te-poutama…/research/otago330602.html) presented on the world stage led by Dr. Karyn Paringatai (Te Tumu, School of Māori, Pacific & Indigenous Studies) Dr. Diane Ruwhiu (Department of Management, Otago Business School) and Pearl Matahiki (Manager of the Otago University Maori Centre) with their theme "Seeking Innovative Māori Learner Success in Tertiary Studies.”
