Furnished room and its adjoining home office available in sun-facing and luminous country house in North East Valley, with beautiful views of the valley and Mount Cargill. The bedroom furniture comprises a queen bed, large dresser, and garment rack. The adjoining home office would be for your own use only. It is currently sparsely furnished with only a desk and a chair, and you would be welcome to make this space your own. The house is conveniently located next to the Number 8 Normanby bus terminus (30 min to campus, bus every 15 min weekdays). 20 min cycle ride or 10 min drive to university (safe bike storage and parking available).
Rent is $400 per week including internet and electricity. Room is available from now until the end of 2025. Open to short term rental or weekdays rental arrangement as well.
