Now that international travel is opening up we are currently enlisting new host families.
If you are a family who has some spare time for hosting an independent international tertiary-aged student in your home, please contact us (details below).
Host families will receive a weekly payment, along with support and training to assist with hosting.
Some requirements are that hosts should have a well maintained home, a spare room for a student and enough space to cater for another resident in your home. We look for hosts who are interested in sharing their home, embracing a different culture and offering occasional support. This can be a very rewarding experience.
Hosts should live within 8-10 kilometres of Dunedin city and be on a good bus route to the city.
