Why did you choose the school of Physiotherapy?

My interest in aged care workforce sector research is the reason behind choosing School of Physiotherapy for my doctoral study. My research proposal on psychological well-being of stroke care workers was enthusiastically accepted by the school thereby endorsing the commitment of the school towards recognition of the aged care workers and strengthening of this workforce to enhance the quality of rehabilitative services provided to the survivors of chronic illnesses.

Best things so far about your study

A chance to interact with a diverse team and some of the best academic professionals in my field of study. The journey, so far, has been nothing but pleasant and very endearing. Every day I am learning something new and I am happy to engage with the veterans from whom there is plenty to learn along the way. It feels as if my entire academic journey was just a small proportion of my life and this doctorate journey will be the defining moment of my life.
