Overview
Preliminary findings from our lab using both Immunofluorescent labelling and dynamic live-cell imaging has revealed the presence of Filamin A in the mitotic spindle and adjacent structures. We now wish to explore this further using co-immunoprecipitation methods, immunolabelling of proteins and both confocal and live cell imaging techniques.
