You are advised to phone the ID Card Office to ensure that the data is available to make your card.
What to take when picking up your card
When you go to the ID Card Office to get your photo taken for your ID Card please take one of the following forms of identity; these are the only forms of identity accepted by the ID Card Office:
- New Zealand driver's licence
- Passport
- 18+ Card
- New Zealand Firearms Licence
If you don't have one of these forms of identity, please ask at the ID Card Office for assistance.
Your new ID Card will be processed and produced immediately.
After-hours building access
If you require after hours building access, your department will need to make the necessary arrangements with the Proctor's Office.
