Registering your willingness to attend a ceremony
By registering your willingness to attend a ceremony, you will be seated on the stage at the Dunedin Town Hall during the ceremony. You can also take part in the procession along the main street of Dunedin prior to the ceremony.
Academic regalia is required to be worn during the procession and at the ceremony.
Approximately three months prior to each round of ceremonies you will be able to register to attend via your eVision staff portal.
Please register your attendance at least two weeks prior to the ceremony to ensure that your name will appear on the staff procession list.
How to access your eVision staff portal
If you do not have access to the Graduation section of your eVision staff portal, or need instructions on how to register your willingness to attend a ceremony:
Academic staff wanting to hire regalia from Graduate Women (Otago) to wear at a graduation ceremony, need to submit an order via their eVision staff portal. The Graduation Office will then be charged for the hire.
