Welcome to the Centre for Theology and Public Issues

The University of Otago's Centre for Theology & Public Issues is the first research centre in New Zealand to examine political, social and economic issues from a theological perspective.

Founded in January 2009, it is led by Professor Andrew Bradstock, the Howard Paterson Chair in Theology and Public Issues.

The Centre is based in the Department of Theology and Religion.
