Before accessing any University buildings to carry out contracting work, approved contractors must first attend an hour-long Health & Safety induction session conducted by Property Services staff. Once completed, contractors will be asked to go to the University's Information Services building to get an official photo ID badge. Contractors must present this badge each day when requesting keys to University buildings.
The keys can be obtained from the key window at the Property Services reception area, all keys must be returned at the end of each work day.
