Timeline for submission of a Special Topic Proposal

Note: This timeline applies to new papers being proposed for all occurrences including Summer School, Pre-Christmas Summer School and non-standard teaching periods.

Note: Special Topic Proposals can be approved at the Divisional Board at any time. The title and prescription for any approved special topic is then noted at BUGS/BoGS.
When feasible, departments are encouraged to submit Special Topic Proposals by July Divisional Board to allow time for Information.
