Fran (on left) was presented the award by Cathy Mulligan (Lead Administrator) at a departmental afternoon tea yesterday.
Client Services Administrator Fran Cox was the recipient of the Operations Staff Excellence Award for January 2019.
Fran is based in the Department of Pathology and Biomedical Science but was recognised for her outstanding work coordinating the administration of the UOC Summer Studentship Programme, above and beyond her usual duties. Fran is recognised for providing high-level, excellent customer service to students and staff within the Research office.
The purpose of the Operations Staff Excellence Award is to recognise and celebrate those within the Operations Divisions who are serving the University in an exceptional manner and exemplifying the values specified in the nomination criteria.
