Jane Elmslie is a dietitian in Specialist Mental Health Services where she is also Clinical Leader, Dietetics.

Her research interests include the emerging problem of food addiction and dietary approaches to the prevention and treatment of weight gain and related chronic illness in people with psychiatric illness.

Jane has contributed to the registrar training programme and supervises nutrition related postgraduate research projects.
