Biography

I am a professional practice fellow and primary education teacher, working in the Educational Assessment Research Unit on the National Monitoring Study of Student Achievement (NMSSA). This position involves: writing assessment tasks to measure Year 4 and 8 students’ achievement; training teachers to administer the tasks in schools throughout New Zealand; and training markers to mark the assessments.
