Anyone who is a member of the Otago University community can make use of the Ethical Behaviour Network and the University Mediator.
Mediation is a confidential and informal way of resolving problems and addressing concerns.
The University Mediator, Jennifer Anderson, has a background in mediation working with families and as a lawyer specialising in family and mental health law. She has a keen interest in helping people to resolve conflict.
Previous University Mediator, Ruth Chapman, talks about the mediation services available to all members of the University community and discusses some of the key points of the Ethical Behaviour Policy and Conflicts of Interest Policy.
