Audience: All users, all campuses

Description:  In the weekend of 27 and 28 April, ITS will be performing a significant upgrade to its databases and applications. This will affect access to a large number of applications, and it will also mean that integrations (which move information about staff, students, papers, access, etc) between different systems will not be running during the weekend.

If an application is not listed above, while it will be available for students and staff to use, it will most likely be affected, as data updates will not be flowing between key systems over the weekend.  For example, while Blackboard and Evision will be available, changes to students’ enrolment in Evision made during the outage will not be reflected in Blackboard until the upgrade is complete.

The Student App will be available over that weekend, but there will be times where Grades and Timetables will not be available.
