Take advantage of the latest electronic exam marking methods that use OMR (Optical Mark Reading) scanning technology.
Features of the OMR system
OMR exam marking offers:
- optional feedback that provides students with information about their incorrect answers
- the ability to sort order when viewing results
- easy import of the result file into Excel
Read an Otago Bulletin article about multi-choice exam marking (October 2017).
Special OMR examination forms are used with software that 'reads' the marks on the form and captures the data electronically. This allows rapid and accurate recording of multi-choice exam results.
