Many departments hold preliminary lectures on the Friday before the start of the semester 1. Preliminary lectures are short presentations that give you important introductory information about the papers for which you are enrolled.

These lectures are held for full-year and semester 1 papers.

Details of the times and locations will be available on the preliminary lectures webpage closer to the day. (Search for otago preliminary lectures.)

Please note, not all papers offer preliminary lectures.
