Beautiful large, north facing bedroom with attached private office/studio available to rent in our warm Warrington home. I'm a postgraduate student in Psychology at Otago, I'm in my 30s and have a 5-year old daughter who I have full time who attends the local school. A boarding type arrangement works best at $280/week including power. We're a 15/20 minute drive to campus/central city, a 10 min walk to beautifiul Warrington beach, lots of amazing nature walks near our home.

Seeking a quiet, respectful and mature flatmate to join our home, would suit a mature postgraduate student, open to short or long term options. Must like children, be active and healthy and working or studying full time. We live by the train tracks, so must be ok with the occasional passing train. We have an amazing verandah that gets all day winter sun, our kitchen has ocean views, we have a big veg garden and lots of room. I'm studying psychology, work one day at the local cafe, make and sell jewellery at markets and am a sole parent, so need someone who is chill and easy going and doesn't mind chipping in with household chores. Room to sublet in shared house. The room has a brand new bed and furniture. It has it own heat-pump and double glazing. The room has a door that leads to the sun room, which has a nice sofa and table and is a perfect home office spot. Since there is all day sun on your room it is the warmest in the house. I have a large house with WiFi controlled heating throughout. The house is fully insulated and is a healthy home. At the right time of the year the garden is full of apples, peaches and grapes. Its a 30 min walk to campus or just jump on the number 8 which is a two-min walk from my house.
