I am 40 year old Ph.D. student (she/her) looking for a house or apartment near Dunedin bus routes from October 2024. I would prefer a self-contained setup of any type with my own kitchen/kitchenette, a bathroom, and access to a yard for my cat. I am a very quiet and clean tenant - keen on reading and writing.
