In our research we spoke to people in order to build a programme that supports people to engage in physical activity following heart bypass surgery.
This research study aimed to develop a programme that prepares and supports people who have undergone heart bypass (otherwise known as coronary artery bypass graft) surgery to engage in physical activity during the early recovery period following their discharge from hospital.
To do this we consulted with people who have previously had heart bypass surgery.
