Overview
Restoration of the former Union Street traffic bridge across the Water of Leith, completed 1975.
The Bank of New Zealand contributed to the restoration of the Union Street Bridge area to mark the centenary of its Dunedin North Branch on 19 October 1974.
This included the installation of paving, lighting, seating, a bluestone wall and a commemorative plaque.
