If you are on the Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, or Invercargill campus, you can have your photo’s taken on site and processed.
ID Cards will normally take 3–5 working days and will be delivered back to the campus that has processed your card.
Exception: If you are associated with any of the University of Otago campuses and live and work elsewhere, you should then complete the Staff ID application form.
Please note that building access will need to be arranged with the appropriate person on your campus.
