We have the newest college common room facility on campus. From the outside you see beauty and strength of character and once you come inside you realise that's only a small glimpse of what you can expect from our residents and life at Toroa.
Our roof terrace has the sights and sounds of nature and city life in abundance and we would describe this space as a Toroa garden with urban delights.
Manawa, the heart of our College, is state of the art. It's where we love to study, relax, watch tv, play games, and chill with friends.

Come on into Manawa, our main common room, and enjoy the big screen TV, watch Sky Digital or a movie from our DVD collection.

Challenge fellow gamers to PlayStation, Wii and X Box matches, or spend a lazy Sunday afternoon playing a board game or chess. We also have a pool table for you to enjoy.
