Given the high demand and limited hours a week it may take 2 weeks or more before an appointment is available. Every effort will be made to see you in a timely manner.
The counselling service is not set up for crisis or acute mental health; please see details for emergency services and mental health crisis in the right hand column.
- Sessions are anywhere from 30-50 minutes.
- There is a limit of 4-6 sessions due to demand.
- Days – Mondays and Thursdays
- Location - Level 5(E) Ward Support Block. Through the double doors past the physiotherapy common room. Please note you will need your swipe card to access the doors.
Please make contact as soon as possible (at least 24 hours) if you are unable to attend your appointment so another student can make use of the time.
The service is in high demand, and often there is a wait so please take the time to let the counsellor know. Thanks.
