This project continues and builds on the work of Professor Elsabe Schoeman. Prof Schoeman first established the database, then entitled 'Conflictz – New Zealand Conflict of Laws', at the University of Auckland (with the assistance of Matthew Windsor and the University of Auckland Library). We feel privileged to be Prof Schoeman's successors on this project, and we are very grateful to Prof Schoeman and the University of Auckland for their support.
We also express our sincere thanks to the New Zealand Law Foundation for its substantial financial support in creating and developing this site. The Foundation's ongoing interest in the project has been invaluable.
