Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Compendium. The Philip C. Jessup Cup International Law Moot Court Competition is organized by the International Law Student Association (ILSA), held annually in Washington, D.C. and is attended by law students from around the world. The Jessup Compendium is designed to enhance a law student's or practitioner's ability to grasp the practical side of the field of international law by presenting arguments in hypothetical Jessup Competition Problems. The Compendium also serves as a kind of permanent record of the year's Jessup Competition. This compilation includes the Problem, the Judges' Bench Memorandum, the Official Rules, the United States Supplement to the Official Rules, a List of Competing Schools, Results, and Best Memorials of the [year's] Jessup Competition.
