Complete the declaration

The last step of course enrolment is to complete a formal online declaration.

Completing the declaration as soon as you can means you can process your application with StudyLink sooner, as well as ensuring that you avoid any late fees, have access to University resources, your student ID card, Unipol, the services provided by the Students Services Division, and all the activities at orientation.

To do this, log in to your eVision portal, go to the Course Enrolment section and complete the Declaration step.

The declaration step will only be available once you have gained University Admission and accepted an unconditional offer to your programme.

The dates for completing the course enrolment declaration for study in 2024 are:

  • 8 January for students taking Summer School papers.
  • 23 February for students taking semester 1 and full year papers.
  • 15 July for students taking only semester 2 papers.

Different dates will apply to papers that have start or end dates that differ from the standard semesters.

A late declaration fee may apply.

Once you have completed the declaration you will be able to collect your student ID card. You will need to go to the ID Card Office with a note of your student ID number and a form of photo ID. Student Services has more details on which forms of ID are acceptable and more information on your student ID card.

You will need to wait at least 1 working day after completing your declaration before your card can be issued.

Not sure if you've picked the right programme or papers?
