The Otago Global Student Exchange Programme allows students to spend one or two semesters at one of the 90+ exchange partners worldwide as part of their Otago degree. Students pay standard tuition fees to Otago and receive credits towards their Otago qualification. Scholarships are available and students continue to receive StudyLink loans & allowances.

Otago Global Information Session
The 30 minute seminars provide full information about the Otago Global Student Exchange Programme. They cover the application process, course credits and finance options, including scholarships and awards available. Students will also be directed to the best source for obtaining information on the host institution.
Exchange seminars are held twice a week during the university's main lecture period:
- Tuesdays: 12pm
- Wednesdays: 1pm
- Venue: International meeting room, Room 103, Archway West building (see Map).
Student exchange resources
The student exchange resources are located in the downstairs foyer adjacent to Room B01, Archway West building (see Map) and are available from 8:30am to 5pm.

Students with Disabilities
Students with Disabilities can go on exchange! We have exchange agreements with many institutions around the world that offer an equivalent level of support that is available to you as a student here at the University of Otago.
