Terms of Reference
- To ensure internationalisation priorities and requirements are actively embedded and delivered by academic departments across the University.
- To support and monitor progress toward institutional and divisional international student growth plans and targets.
- To review proposed and existing International Partnership Agreements and make recommendations to Senate regarding their approval or continuance.
- To note proposed and existing Student Exchange Agreements and Articulation Agreements.
- To note applications for internally funded grants for the promotion of internationalisation including Matariki Network of Universities Travel Awards and International Programme Innovation Grants.
- To provide a forum for ongoing inter-Divisional consideration and discussion of strategic matters relating to internationalisation.
- To provide advice to Senate on important issues relating to internationalisation.
- To establish sub-committees as necessary.
