The Schedule provides delegated authority and expenditure limits (where applicable) for:
- Capital expenditure (including Finance Leases)
- Operating Expenditure
- Transferring budget between operating and capital expenditure
- Expenditure of Carry Forward Balances
- Establishment and Approval of Contracts
