We pride ourselves on the management and delivery of all the core elements involved within the building sector within the University of Otago environment. Our teams are highly skilled and pride themselves on providing a quality service within the time frames require.
Construction (Licenced Building Practitioners)
Key services include:
- Experienced Licensed Building Practitioners for restricted building work
- Alterations and adaptions
- General repairs and maintenance
- Crane Lifts: providing safe lifting of departmental equipment to buildings. This includes coordination of traffic management and height safety plans
- Coordinating the provision of scaffolding to buildings for all exterior and internal repairs
- 24/7 Call Out service to all University buildings, to secure after hours break-ins and vandalism. This extends to any door security and lock repairs campus wide
Joinery
Key services include:
- Cabinetry, bookcases, cupboard units and bench tops
- Pinboards and whiteboard supply and installation
- Manufacturing of, and repairs to solid timber doors, windows, and furniture
- Coordination of supply, and installation of all joinery
- 24/7 Call Out service to all University buildings, to secure after hours break-ins and vandalism. This extends to any door security and lock repairs campus wide
