Study Early Childhood Education at Otago

Early childhood teaching qualifications enable you to study under the guidance of internationally-recognised early childhood academics, researchers and teachers.

Our early childhood teaching qualifications enable you to study under the guidance of internationally-recognised early childhood academics, researchers and teachers.

We offer a range of qualifications especially for those who want to teach in early childhood centres or kindergartens in New Zealand and overseas.

If you have an interest in, and enthusiasm for, children and their learning, this is a good option.

Early Childhood Education is an endorsement (specialisation) option for the qualifications listed below.
