This study explores the moral aspects of healthcare systems in New Zealand, Germany, and the United States, focusing on how funding mechanisms influence these values on both small and large scales. By enhancing our understanding of health inequity, the findings can help shape health policies and contribute to establishing a fairer "moral economy of healthcare."
