Grace is a New Zealand registered occupational therapist based in Wellington. She has worked clinically as a hand therapist for most of her career, and has also worked in the field of vocational rehabilitation and pain management.

Grace teaches postgraduate papers in pain and pain management, with a special interest in integrating lived experience research into clinical practice. Her PhD explored lived experiences of healthcare for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, with the objective of providing recommendations for clinical pathways. She continues to work as a practicing clinician in addition to her academic role, with the view that these augment each other.
