Bookings can normally be made from 8:30am to 4:30pm on weekdays, except public holidays. These times include set-up and clear-up time as well as the actual teaching session. Bookings outside of these times are at the discretion of the Centre and may incur additional charges – please phone to discuss.
The following charges do not include equipment, consumables or additional Centre staff. Charges for significant staff time incurred in preparation and/or during a session will be based on an hourly rate. Further charges based on the number of participants and/or the nature of the booking may also apply.

The minimum session booking is for 2 hours. Half-day bookings are either from 8:30am to 12:30pm or 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
Full-day bookings are for a maximum 8 hours, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Tea/coffee is included in half-day and full-day bookings. Catering beyond tea/coffee needs to be organised independently by users. Centre staff can provide suggestions and contacts if required.
An after-hours, security and/or additional cleaning surcharge may apply if required.
All charges are GST exclusive.
