Chris Hopkins is an experienced business executive and Director.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and his business acumen was underpinned by his more than 30 years as a qualified accountant. He now focuses on governance across a range of business’s and has a role as a business mentor and company founder.
Chris has spent the past 10 years refining his broad based skills with a particular focus on strategy, audit and risk, technology and innovation from a commercialisation perspective.
Mr Hopkins spent 25 years with NZX-listed Scott Technology Ltd, over half of those as Managing Director and CEO. He also spent 10 years with Deloitte.
