Allan Dawson is a seasoned director with extensive governance experience and has a rich background in the energy industry. He currently serves as Chair for several globally-focused technology companies, including Arlo Software Ltd, Connexionz Ltd and OnFarm Solutions Ltd. He previously served as Deputy Chair of the Electricity Authority, New Zealand’s electricity regulator.
In addition, Mr Dawson is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Mr Dawson is the Independent Chair of the University’s Capital Development Committee and University of Otago Holdings Ltd.
