Ross Jackson is a member of Council and Chair of the Finance and Budget Committee, as well as being a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Capital Development Committee.
Ross is an independent consultant at McCulloch and Partners having retired from the partnership in 2025. He is Chairman of Platinum Villas in Queenstown and holds a number of private company directorships and Board Advisory roles. He is the independent Chair of the Audit and Risk committee for Invercargill City Council.
Ross has a long involvement with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (now Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand) and was President of the organisation in 2011.
